Section 57A
No Court Fees and Fees
Notwithstanding anything written in the prevailing Nepalese laws, proceedings shall be settled without court fees in any case or complaint before any court or officer under this Act and the rules made under this Act to determine the right and debt. There will be no delay in conciliation in cases falling under the rules made under this Act.
